Chinese Acupressure

I found another article on internet that I might though would be interesting:

Natural Vision Improvement: An Alternative to Lasik Surgery

The site describes acupressure points that might release tension in 3 major muscles: superior oblique, inferior oblique and ciliary muscles. There is a point for recti muscles as well. You will find a chart with all the corresponding points.

Check it out.

While you correctly dismiss the stupid eye-roll excercises, I wonder why you keep talking about muscles at all? The vision problems are entirely mental, and when mental strain is removed, all involved muscles (whatever they are) automatically come into order. There is no way to act upon the muscles to correct vision. Attempting to do so means approaching from a wrong end. In fact, practitioners have to permanently divert their attention from the muscles, and fight against the idea that they should do something with the muscles. It is not always easy to do, because the muscles and the eyes as physical organs are a source of constant pain and other sensations that are hard to ignore. The truth is however that once you succeed to interest your mind sincerely with the idea of perfect black, you forget about the eyes and muscles, and when you remember again, you are surprised to find the pain gone and vision improved all by itself.
